Be Not Carried Away - 2 Peter 3:14-18

In this sermon, we’ll walk through the last section of 2 Peter - what my Bible calls the “Final Words.” And these are good words. We don’t have the fireworks that we’ve had the last few weeks, with big doctrine and moons melting and all that. But what we do have is arguably even more important, more foundational, than those details about Christ’s future return, as Peter brings this letter to a close with the same goal he’s had all along, which is to anchor us in the faith, to tether us to Christ, so that we persevere to eternal life - so that the return of Christ is good news for us, not bad news.
